FOR INDIA SHIPPING:

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 


For refund or to return any products sold through our website, please check the conditions mentioned below:

  1. Products should be unused. Products once opened are not eligible for return.
  2. Please notify us of 'Intent to Return' within 24 hours of receipt of product to contact@wayanaden.com. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours from the date of receipt, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  3. Products should be shipped intact within 3 days of receipt, appropriately packaged along with the original price tags, free samples (if any), labels and invoices.
  4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  5. Please note, the sending shipping cost from seller to the customer will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the sender. Your amount will be refunded only once we receive the returned package, after the quality check, and once we receive the items in good condition.
  6. Products under offers are not eligible for return/refund.
  7. We always recommend to buy 1 pack and use it, before ordering multiple packs (more than 2 packs with no offers) or in bulk. We dont accept returns for orders purchased in bulk, ie more than 2 packs with no offers.
  8. A complete unboxing video (clear video, high quality) is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made.
  • In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products – clear video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear video of spillage (if any), pouch pack and outer packaging too. Please also send videos to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
  • In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), pouch pack and outer packaging should be shared.
  • Pouch pack refers to the Wayanaden product packaging - in which the product comes in, while outer packaging refers to the corrugated brown box or white courier cover the entire order is shipped in. Clear videos of both are required to process claims.
  • Required action will be taken - ie, another pack or the product will be shipped (refunds not applicable) once we receive the video (within 24 hours of receipt of product) that meets the criteria mentioned above.

      9. In case a parcel is lost in transit due to the issue from the logistics side, we will courier the products again within a day of status updation (Lost) on the logistics tracking website.


NON DELIVERY OF PACKAGE
We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website.

We do not take responsibility if the delivery address/ contact number provided is incorrect, insufficient or if addressee is not present at the given address at the time of delivery attempt. If a package is returned to us because the address/ contact number is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be provided. 

Please carefully check to ensure that you have entered the current and correct address/ contact number and make arrangements to receive the package when it is delivered. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Once we receive an order, it automatically goes to our packaging department and we begin with the shipping process. 

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, UPI or PayTM, and cash on delivery to all pin codes, except few locations. Orders can be placed through our website.


FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. For International orders, only prepaid is accepted.
  2. International shipping rates will be separately added.
  3. Products can be purchased through our website (contact us to know about the estimated shipping rates)and shipping charges are to be paid after the purchase. Whatsapp us or Mail us at contact@wayanaden.com once you make the order payment. 
  4. Customs duty and taxes if charged at the time of delivery by the receiving country, are to be paid by the customer. Clearing or handling customs and paying any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
  5. Processing time: 2-3 working days (our working days: MONDAY-FRIDAY). After the dispatch, shipping takes 7 - 15 working days. (Sunday & any other national holiday being non-working days).

    Exceptions on shipping dates, if our store is closed for Holidays. Please check the store alerts or ANNOUNCEMENT / 'PLEASE NOTE' sections. 

  6. If a shipment is not accepted by the customer at its destination on time of delivery, the courier company will auto-destroy it, there won’t be any returns or refunds. 
  7. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges. All products are sold AS-IS with no warranties. 
  8. Offer packs are available only in India and not available for international orders.
  9. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control. Our team can be reached at contact@wayanaden.com.Please note: We don't have any extra information on tracking other than the updates from the tracking number given by the courier company.
  10. All items other than Honey are eligible for International shipping.
