FOR INDIA SHIPPING:

SHIPPING POLICY

We provide FREE SHIPPING anywhere in India.

PREPAID orders will be shipped in 1-2 days (Working days: MONDAY-FRIDAY) Exceptions on shipping dates, if our store is closed for Holidays. Please check the store alerts or ANNOUNCEMENT / 'PLEASE NOTE' sections. 

COD Orders will be shipped in 3-4 working days after a WhatsApp message confirmation. *COD Orders- Please wait 1 to 2 hours to receive a COD confirmation message on your WhatsApp to confirm your order. 

You will receive an update with your shipping confirmation once shipped. Packages usually take 4 to 7 working days to reach a customer in India. We are shipping from Kerala.

We recommend you to recheck the shipping address, postal code and contact details before confirming the same on our website.

For faster delivery (only prepaid), please mail us at contact@wayanaden.com or WhatsApp us after placing a prepaid order. You will need to pay an Additional charges for fast delivery.

Courier partners: DELHIVERY, DTDC, AMAZON Shipping.

Please note: We don't have any extra information on tracking other than the updates from the tracking number given by the courier company.

Delivery time and tracking information updates are subject to delays arising, out of bad weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, festivals or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

SHIPPING POLICY

1. For International orders, only prepaid is accepted

2. International shipping rates will be separately added.

3. Products can be purchased through our website (contact us to know about the estimated shipping rates) and shipping charges are to be paid after the purchase. Whatsapp us or Mail us at contact@wayanaden.com once you make the order payment.

4. Customs duty and taxes if charged at the time of delivery by the receiving country, are to be paid by the customer. Clearing or handling customs and paying any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Processing time: 2-3 working days (our working days: MONDAY-FRIDAY). After the dispatch, shipping takes 7 - 15 working days. (Sunday & any other national holiday being non-working days). Exceptions on shipping dates, if our store is closed for Holidays. Please check the store alerts or ANNOUNCEMENT / 'PLEASE NOTE' sections. 

6. If a shipment is not accepted by the customer at its destination on time of delivery, the courier company will auto-destroy it, there won’t be any returns or refunds.

7. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges. All products are sold AS-IS with no warranties.

8. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control. 9. All items other than Honey are eligible for International shipping.
