Turmeric Remedies to Boost Immune System

In India, Turmeric plays a major role in every individual's daily diet. It has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb.

Recently, various studies have proven what Indians have known for a long time — it really does contain compounds with medicinal properties. These compounds are called curcuminoids, the most important of which is curcumin.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Unfortunately, curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream. It helps to consume black pepper with it, which contains piperine, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2,000%.

Always its best to combine turmeric and pepper in order to increase their effectiveness.

 1. Golden Honey Paste

Ingredients:

Combine all of these ingredients and consume it to reduce allergies and cold.

* 1 tablespoon Organic Turmeric powder
* 1/4 tablespoon powdered TGSEB Black pepper
* 6 tablespoon raw honey
* Stir until smooth and store in refrigerator

The raw, local honey has pollens mixed in it that landed on the bee's coat when it made the honey, so it helps desensitize you to local allergens. The turmeric is a natural, anti-inflammatory to quell the swelling of sinuses, and black pepper helps move the turmeric through the bloodstream to where it needs to go.

 2. Turmeric - Ginger Lemon Tea
