This is my second purchase of Wayanaden True organic whole Cinnamon. Unlike the more common cassia variety in shops, this cinnamon has a delicate, mildly citrusy taste that enhances everything from tea and coffee to baking and curries. The whole cinnamon sticks make it easy to verify its authenticity. You can easily grind it into powder using a mixer grinder. I also appreciate its health benefits, as Ceylon cinnamon is lower in coumarin than cassia, making it a safer option for regular consumption. I’ll definitely be buying again!
